Dylan Rios is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and vacation rental markets across California. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Vacation Rental Advisor at Evolve, along with roles as a Residential Real Estate Consultant at Makarem Realty and President of Rios Ranch Investments, LLC, Dylan excels in managing and growing rental property portfolios. Previous positions include Strategic Growth Manager at Home Partners of America and Regional Sales Manager at REX, where Dylan successfully managed a team and closed an average of over 70 properties per year. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing a Texas Real Estate License.
