Lisa Peier

Lisa Peier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in partnerships, investments, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at both Evolve Ventures and Foundation and Healing Breakthrough since April 2023, Lisa also founded Lighthouse Ventures Group, LLC in February 2022, offering content, coaching, consulting, and speaking engagements. Prior roles include Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments and Partnerships at A-Rod Corp, and Real Estate Agent at Hilton & Hyland, where Lisa excelled in representing high-end properties. Previous experiences include co-founding and leading Petites Frites, managing luxury goods research at Redburn Partners, and strategic brand management at Selective Beauty UK, along with early career roles in equity research and wholesaling. Lisa holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in English from Boston College.
