Jennifer Gabler

Jen has over twenty-five years of experience as a CFO for venture-backed and startup companies. Jen has deep expertise in financial modeling, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, HR and back-office operations, and a strong track record raising venture and early-stage capital.

As the CFO for Extraprise (now Quickpivot), a marketing services company, Jen built finance, HR, IT and back office operations. She has also been the CFO for Aldea Pharmaceuticals and Butterfly Health, and provided financial project support for Marinus Pharmaceuticals and Allyx Therapeutics. Jen began her career as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch, and was a senior manager in entrepreneurial services and the Northeast controller at Coopers & Lybrand.

Jen co-founded The Refinery, an accelerator for early-stage companies with diverse management teams. She is also a founding partner of Marlborough Street Partners which provides strategic and operational services for investors and venture-funded companies.

She has an AB from Dartmouth College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a licensed CPA. Jen has been a lecturer and researcher at both Tuck and Harvard Business Schools.
