Heba Sattar

Heba Sattar is an R&D Electrical Engineer at Evon Medics, LLC, where responsibilities include designing biomedical device prototypes for neurodegenerative disorders and training technicians in hardware development. As a Co-Founder of Telos Prosthetics, LLC, efforts focus on creating an adjustable prosthetic device. Heba completed a Master’s Thesis in Neural Engineering at the Functional Neurosurgery Lab at Johns Hopkins University, involving data collection for Parkinson's patients, and has held multiple research and internship roles encompassing diverse engineering and bioengineering projects, including prosthetics, wearable technologies, and cell and tissue engineering. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
