Lydia Seymour

Lydia Seymour has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning various industries. Lydia is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Evonetix Ltd since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Mogrify from September 2021 to March 2023.

From November 2020 to September 2021, Lydia worked as the HR Director at Cambridge Healthcare Research, where they provided strategic decision support and action planning to stakeholders in the life-science and healthcare field.

Before that, they were the Associate Director and Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region at Fluidigm Corporation, a company focused on creating innovative technologies and life science tools. Lydia held this role from December 2018 to November 2020.

Earlier in their career, Lydia worked as a Managing Consultant at Pure Resourcing Solutions from May 2006 to October 2013. Lydia also gained experience as an Interim HR Advisor at Xaar and as a Director at Jonathan Samuels.

Throughout their career, Lydia has demonstrated their ability to align business objectives with employee and management needs, drive change, and lead HR initiatives.

Lydia Seymour completed their education history with a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (level 7 CIPD) in HR Management from the same institution, spanning from 2014 to 2016.
