JP Milde has extensive work experience in various HR roles. JP began their career as an HR Intern at National Starch and Chemical in 2007. JP then worked as a Consultant at Michael Page International in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Compensation and HRIS Analyst at Evonik, where they were responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs. JP then transitioned into a role as an HR Project Manager and HR Generalist at Evonik from 2011 to 2012. JP later became an HR Business Partner, supporting different business units in North America from 2012 to 2016. After that, they served as a Global HR Business Partner for the Health Care Business Line at Evonik from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they held the position of Vice President, Sales and Services - Americas - Evonik Health Care, leading the Americas organizations responsible for sales and marketing. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Evonik, responsible for leading the HR function for the North America Region.
JP Milde has a diverse education history. In 2013, they completed the Evonik Emerging Leaders Executive Development Program at IMD. Prior to that, they earned a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University in 2008. JP'sundergraduate education was at Rowan University, where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and Spanish in 2007. In addition to their formal education, JP has also obtained the certification of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
