Framework Lead Digital Customer Experience (dcx) at Evonik

Stefan Cornelissen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stefan is currently working as the Framework Lead of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) at Evonik, a position they started in October 2019. Before that, they held the role of Digital Strategist at Evonik Digital GmbH in 2018. Prior to joining Evonik, they spent several years at Evonik Industries AG, where they served as a Digital Strategist from April 2016 to September 2018, Head of Communication (Corporate Innovation) from April 2012 to March 2016, and Communication Manager at Creavis from June 2011 to March 2012. Before their time at Evonik, Stefan worked at NE-WS 89.4 as the Editor in Chief from August 2008 to May 2011, at Radio Vest as the Deputy Editor in Chief from September 2004 to July 2008, and as a freelancer in various roles at different radio stations from October 2003 to September 2004. Stefan also worked as a Freelancer Reporter at Ruhr Nachrichten from an unspecified period in 1993 to 2004.

Stefan Cornelissen obtained a Diploma in Sport Science with a focus on Media & Communication from the German Sport University Cologne from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they were an Editorial Trainee at Radio Leverkusen. In 2004 and 2005, they attended the German Academy of Public Relations (DAPR) in Wiesbaden to become a PR-Consultant.
