Cezar Boghiu

Cezar Boghiu has work experience as a Data Analyst at EVORA Global starting in November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for translating business requirements into data models, integrating data feeds from different sources, and cleansing incoming data.

Prior to that, Cezar worked at Conduent as a WFM Planner from June 2022 to November 2022, where they forecasted AHT and Shrinkage for multiple Management Units and coordinated with team members from different backgrounds. Cezar also held weekly meetings to discuss project updates.

Before that, they worked as a WFM Scheduler at Conduent from November 2021 to May 2022, where they kept documents up to date and optimized schedules for over 140 agents.

Cezar Boghiu earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, which they attended from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Mining at the same university from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Cezar obtained certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in November 2018.
