Philippa Gill

Philippa Gill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Philippa is currently an Executive Director of Strategic Accounts at EVORA Global since 2023, where they are responsible for overseeing strategic accounts. Previously, they served as the Director of Europe at EVORA Global from 2020 to 2023, where they played a key role in the merger with Verdextra and contributed expertise in sustainability, health, and wellbeing. Before joining EVORA Global, Philippa was a Non-Executive Director at Rype Office in 2022. Philippa also worked as a Partner at Verdextra from 2015 to 2020, where they gained experience in business operations, human resources, office design, and sustainability services. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-head of Global Sustainability and Director of Operations at Tishman Speyer from 2007 to 2015. Philippa also has in-depth experience in asset management as an Asset Manager at The Blackstone Group from 2002 to 2006, overseeing various aspects such as leasing, property management, due diligence, and construction. Philippa began their career at KKR as an Operations Manager from 1998 to 2000 and later worked at Investec Asset Management in Global Equities from 2000 to 2002.

Philippa Gill attended the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications in the field of building and construction, including being a WELL Faculty at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) since January 2018, a Fitwel Ambassador at the Fitwel Certification System since October 2017, a RESET Fellow at GIGA 定eff since September 2017, a RESET AP at GIGA 定eff since January 2017, and a WELL AP at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
