Adam Stoten holds a PhD and extensive work experience in the field of technology transfer and biomedical research. Adam currently works at Evotec as the SVP Academic Partnerships and Site Head, where they lead drug discovery initiatives and manages a large team. In addition, Adam serves as a Board Director for both the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals and PraxisAuril, organizations focused on promoting standards in knowledge and technology transfer. Prior to their current roles, Adam worked at Oxford University Innovation as the Chief Operating Officer and board director, overseeing technology transfer and consulting activities. Adam has also held positions at Dark Blue Therapeutics, MiroBio Ltd, Evox Therapeutics Ltd, Vaccitech Limited, Broadbridge Biotech Ltd, and Oxford-Emergent Tuberculosis Consortium Ltd, contributing to the growth and development of various biotechnology companies and projects.

Adam Stoten PhD RTTP attended the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a BSc/PhD in Biology/Immunology. Adam also attended Lawrence Sheriff Grammar School from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in RTTP from ATTP in 2018, an Investment Management Certificate from UKSIP (now CFA Society of the UK), and completed Part 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from CFA Institute.
