Heiko E. Menger

Heiko E. Menger has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Heiko E. began their career at Volksbank, where they held positions in customer service, account management, branch management, and internal audit. Heiko E. then moved on to First Data Corporation, where they served as a HR Associate, HR Project Manager, Head of Training and Development, and Manager of HR. Heiko E. later worked at Vonovia as a Manager of HR Strategy & Systems, and at Deutsche Bank as the Head of HR for DB 24 AG. Heiko E. then joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Manager of Compensation & Benefits and HR Services, followed by a role as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits, Europe. Heiko E. then worked at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director and Head of Corporate Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) and Global Mobility. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and Mobility at Evotec.

Heiko E. Menger completed their education in the following institutions:

- From 1984 to 1987, they attended the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chamber of Commerce), where they obtained a certificate of apprenticeship in Banking.

- Heiko E. then studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 1989 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in Banking Management (Diplom Bankfachwirt BA).
