Karl Nilsson

Karl Nilsson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Evotix since May 2025, Karl previously held significant roles at Unit4 and EQT Partners/EQT AB, where responsibilities included group FP&A and CFO office functions. Karl began a career in financial due diligence at KPMG Transaction Services, progressing from Associate to Manager and focusing on both buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity clients. Academic credentials include an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Gothenburg, along with a BSc in Business Administration and an exchange program in Business Administration at the University of Sydney.
