Ada Abes

Ada Abes has a diverse background with experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1998, Ada worked as a System Engineer for the Israeli Navy until 2001. From 2004 to 2015, Ada served as a Project and Program Manager, as well as the Head of Workshop, for the Israeli Navy. In 2015, Ada transitioned to become the Chief Executive Officer of CreaTEAMz, a position held until present. Most recently, Ada joined EVR Motors in 2022 as the Vice President of Product.

Ada Abes began their education history in 1989 at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Ada completed their undergraduate studies in 1994. After a significant gap in their education, Ada resumed their studies in 2017 at Reichman University, where they undertook a Global MBA program with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Ada completed this program in 2019. In 2020, Ada returned to Technion - Israel Institute of Technology to pursue a Master of Science degree in Education, specializing in Learning Sciences. Ada completed this program in 2023. Currently, Ada is enrolled as a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education at Technion, working towards a PhD in Learning Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, Ada obtained the "Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology" certification from Inthrface in May 2019. Additionally, they obtained the "PMP - Project Management Professional" certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
