Jefferson Shaw

Jefferson Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jefferson began their career at Fidus Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst in M&A from July 2008 to December 2009. Jefferson then worked at Jefferies & Company as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group from December 2009 to June 2011. Following that, they joined Boston University's Investment Office as a Senior Investment Analyst from July 2011 to July 2013.

In 2014, Jefferson interned at Monitor Deloitte as a Summer Associate, and the following year, they became a Senior Consultant from September 2015 to May 2017. From May 2017 to July 2018, they served as an Engagement Manager at Monitor Deloitte.

Most recently, Jefferson Shaw has been working at EVRAZ North America since August 2018. Jefferson started as a Director of Strategy until March 2021, after which they were promoted to Senior Director of Strategy until July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Performance at EVRAZ North America since July 2021.

Jefferson Shaw has a BA in Economics, Spanish, and European Studies from Duke University. Jefferson also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
