Daniel L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Daniel started their career as a Teacher in 1981 at the Ministère de l'éducation nationale. Daniel then transitioned into the technology field, working as a System Engineer at Memory Technology Corporation in 1983. After that, they served as a Project Leader at Philips Professional System from 1986 to 1988.
In 1988, Daniel joined Groupe Set International (EPC) as an R&D Development engineer before being promoted to R&D Software Manager from 1991 to 1997. Daniel then moved to Groupe Set International (EES) as an R&D Director from 1997 to 1999.
From 1999 to 2010, Daniel worked at Xerox Corporation, where they held two roles. Daniel started as an R&D Development Manager from 1999 to 2003 and then became a Software Development Manager - Software Architect from 2003 to 2010.
Most recently, Daniel joined EVS Broadcast Equipment in 2012 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they continue to work.
Daniel L. obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering in Electronics - Electricity (Ingénieur Industriel EE°) from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci', Bruxelles, from 1975 to 1980. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education in Humanité Scientifique A at Collège Saint Hubert from 1967 to 1973. In terms of additional certifications, Daniel is a Certified Scrum Master from the ScrumAlliance, which they obtained in December 2013. Daniel also holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Microsoft SharePoint 2010, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008, all obtained between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they have certifications in Windows Server administration from Technofutur TIC.
