Dounia Czorniak

Dounia Czorniak has work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Dounia started their career at KBC Bruxelles in 2012 as an intern in Asset Management.

In 2013, they joined Securex as a Client Advisor, where they stayed until 2015.

Afterward, they joined EVS Broadcast Equipment, initially working as an HR officer from 2015 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Organizational Capability Manager at EVS, responsible for designing and managing performance and talent management processes, compensation and benefits policies, and learning and development programs.

Currently, they are a Deputy CPO at EVS Broadcast Equipment, starting in August 2022.

From 2018 to 2019, Dounia attended Vlerick Business School and completed an Executive Master Class in Human Resources Management, specializing in Gestion des ressources humaines et services.

From 2008 to 2013, Dounia attended the Management High School (HEC) at Liege University, where they earned a Diplôme en sciences de gestion in Master 2.

In 2011, Dounia spent a period of time at Frankfurtschool of Finance as part of an Erasmus exchange program during their Bac3 studies.

- In October 2018, they obtained a Compensation & benefits management programme certification from Vlerick Business School.

- In May 2018, they obtained an Essentials in Strategy Programme certification from Vlerick Business School.
