Leonardo Mangia

Leonardo Mangia's work experience begins with their current role as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at EVtrip, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Business Development Lead at EVtrip starting in April 2022. In 2021, they worked as an External Consultant for the Tegla Loroupe Peace Foundation from March 2021 to January 2022, and as a Vendor for USAID from February 2021 to December 2021. Before that, Leonardo was an External Consultant at Amref Health Africa - Italia from April 2020 to August 2021, and at UNICEF from April 2020 to July 2020. Leonardo also worked as a Project Manager at Learning Lions and a Sales Officer at Startup Lions from March 2020 to July 2020. Prior to their consultancy roles, they served as a Master Thesis Intern at Politecnico di Torino from October 2018 to October 2019. Leonardo's earlier experience includes being a Lead Swim Instructor at Piscina San Mauro A.S.D from June 2011 to September 2016, and an Intern at IIT - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia from October 2015 to December 2015 where they focused on studying IEEE standards in the medical device communications and specialized in creating a protocol for EMG signals.

Leonardo Mangia holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Engineering & Bioengineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino from 2012 to 2016. Leonardo also achieved a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Giovanni Marinelli from 2007 to 2012, where they focused on studying Math and Physics as part of their High School education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Leonardo obtained certification in IELTS 6.0 from the British Council in December 2012.
