Minza Gayas

Minza Gayas has a comprehensive work experience in the field of engineering. Minza is currently working as a Senior Embedded Engineer at Evyon, a company that aims to repurpose second-life EV batteries for a sustainable battery system. Prior to this, they worked at Bharat Electronics Limited for several years, starting as a Deputy Engineer and progressing to the roles of Senior Engineer and Deputy Manager. In these positions, they were involved in product management, designing server-client frameworks, developing backend applications, and reducing man-hour costs through automation. Minza also worked on embedded digital product development and implemented dynamic beam switching for Array on SoC FPGA based DBF. Additionally, Minza Gayas played a crucial role in converting mono-sensor data into global standards and integrating track data reports of indigenous 4D RADAR sensors with the IACCS network. Minza began their career as a Trainee at the University of Kashmir. Minza Gayas pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar from 2008 to 2012.
