Jennifer Berlett is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR systems and benefits programs. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at EWC Growth since February 2021, Jennifer previously held multiple roles at The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden from March 2001 to February 2021, including Vice President of Benefits & HRIS and Director of HRIS & Benefits. Jennifer's early career at The Red Door involved transitioning from a benefits representative to an HRIS analyst, where contributions included the establishment of an HRIS department and the successful implementation of the SAP HR and Payroll system.
