Victor Jaecklin has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Victor started their career as an Application Engineer at Varian in 1989 and later worked as a Research Assistant at CSEM. In 1994, they joined Oerlikon as the Head of R&D Wire Bonder. After that, they worked at Zühlke Engineering AG as the Director of Product Engineering and at SKF Group as the Director of Product Development and then as the Managing Director. In 2000, they became the Chairman of the Board at Brauerei H. Müller AG. Currently, they are working at Ewellix, where they have held several positions including Director of Operations - Actuators, Director of Operations - Actuators, Ball, and Roller Screws, and Chief Operating Officer.
Victor Jaecklin pursued higher education at ETH Zürich from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a Diploma in Physics. Victor then attended Université de Neuchâtel from 1991 to 1994 to receive a PhD in Microtechnology.
