Prior to this, Joe held the position of Director of Information and Communication Systems at Mesa Systems from 1995 to 2001, overseeing IT and communication systems across multiple offices. Joe began professional endeavors as Owner/Consultant at Eckert Computer Consulting from 1994 to June 1995, providing support and training for PCs and Unix systems. Earlier roles included Sales, Installation and Service at Maverick Computer Enterprises and Computer Operator at C.D. Smith Co. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science with Applied Mathematics from Colorado Mesa University, obtained between 1987 and 1993.
