Or Moreno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service. At Ex Libris since April 2019, Or has held positions as Quality Assurance Lead, QA Automation Engineer, and Quality Engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to conduct thorough analysis and documentation for software and hardware tests in client/server systems. Prior to this, Or worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at M.S. Bit Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Aerohandling from March 2011 to October 2015. Or holds two Bachelor's degrees from Tel Aviv University, one in Social Sciences and the other in Islamic Studies, and received additional training from John Bryce in 2016-2017.
