Tali Aviv

Tali Aviv is a seasoned professional in customer education and learning development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Education at Ex Libris since February 2017. In this role, Tali leads a global team focused on developing and delivering various training and documentation content, overseeing product UI localization, and managing product learning certifications. Additionally, Tali serves as the Women Network Chapter Lead for Women@Clarivate, promoting opportunities for networking and professional development for women. Previous experience includes roles as Knowledge Development Manager and Education and Localization Team Lead at Ex Libris, and as Learning and Development Program Manager at Cisco. Tali's career began at NDS Technologies Israel Limited, where expertise in learning activities and instructional design was developed. Tali holds a BSc in Nutrition from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has pursued additional education at Holon Institute of Technology and Gishot College.
