Tanya Tolubayev

Tanya Tolubayev is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Ex Libris, responsible for managing complex projects and programs across EMEA and globally since July 2013. Previously, Tanya held various roles within the Ministry of Environmental Protection, including Senior Project Manager Team Lead, Implementation Project Manager, and Implementation Consultant from July 2010 to July 2013. Prior to that, Tanya worked as an Information Field Manager at the Israel National Road Safety Authority and served as CIIP Project Manager at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Tanya's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree in Information Science with a focus on Knowledge Management from Bar-Ilan University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and German Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
