Alina Bonea Maxi

Alina Bonea Maxi is a seasoned professional in product support and customer experience, currently serving as Director of Product Support at SMG - Service Management Group since June 2022. As a Founding Ambassador for ex | XO, Alina participates in establishing a global network of corporate alumni while managing customer support communications. Previous roles include Customer Experience Executive Consultant at EKWB and extensive experience at Crossover for Work as Customer Support Manager and Acting VP Knowledge Team, leading product knowledge initiatives and team management. Alina also has a significant background in IT customer service and solutions, having held leadership positions at Studio Moderna. Alina's career began with various roles in telecommunications, leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Universitatea Media din București.
