Mel Warhurst

Mel Warhurst is a seasoned professional dedicated to inspiring people and organizations to reach their full potential. Currently serving as the People & Experience Partner at Nomos One, Mel leads initiatives focused on employee experience and organizational culture. With a robust background in human resources, organizational development, and leadership training, Mel has held various roles at organizations such as Assurity Consulting and the Southern District Health Board. Additionally, Mel is a founding member of Excellent, a platform supporting the employee experience movement, and actively contributes as Treasurer and Secretary for Employment & Careers South. Mel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and Human Resources from the University of Otago.
