Elena Barin

Elena Barin has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and operations within the construction industry. Elena is currently employed as a Project Director for Hospitality at EXA Srl since February 2020. Prior to this, Elena worked at Permasteelisa Group for a significant period, holding various roles such as Head of Projects in the Asia region, Project Director for Permasteelisa Hong Kong Ltd and Permasteelisa Pacific Holdings Ltd, and Project Manager in the Interiors Business Unit for Permasteelisa UK Ltd. Elena also served as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager within the Façade department at Permasteelisa Group. Elena began their career as an Assistant at Gaudenzi.

Elena Barin obtained their Master's Degree in Building Engineering and Construction from Università degli Studi di Padova, which they completed between 1999 and 2005. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued an II Level Master Degree in Project Management in Construction with BIM at Scuola Master F.lli Pesenti-Politecnico di Milano. Later in 2020, they completed an Executive Course in Contract Management and Administration at LUISS Business School. Prior to their higher education, Elena attended Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "E. De Amicis" (RO) from 1994 to 1999, where they studied accounting. More recently, in 2021, they completed a course on Project Control with CPM at Teamsystem.
