Director, Partner Marketing at Exabeam

Erika Berkland has more than 20 years of experience in various marketing roles. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Partner Marketing at Exabeam, a global cybersecurity company. Prior to that, Erika worked as the Sr. Channel Marketing Manager at Gigamon, where they provided guidance on network detection and response solutions. Erika also held positions at LogRhythm and SendGrid, where they focused on partner marketing and revenue growth through strategic partner programs. Erika started their career at IBM, managing North American channel programs and strategy. Before that, they worked at Gartner, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the SHL Partner Program and achieving significant revenue growth. Throughout their career, Erika has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic plans, managing partner relationships, and delivering profitable results.

Erika Berkland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on Accounting and Finance Studies from The University of Kansas. Erika also studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Kent. In addition to their academic qualifications, Erika has obtained certifications as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and in the Communicate to Influence Program from Decker Communications.
