Ronit Polak

Ronit Polak has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, Ronit serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Exabeam, where they are responsible for directing engineering operations and leading cross-functional teams across different geographies. Previously, at Palo Alto Networks, Ronit co-founded and co-chaired the Women Networking Community executive committee, aimed at fostering the growth and impact of women within the company. Ronit also held the role of VP of Quality Assurance, leading a large QA organization and scaling it to support a significant customer base. Further in their career, Ronit worked at Juniper Networks, where they served as the Senior Director of Engineering for the Security Business Unit, leading a multifunctional team across different regions. Ronit's experience also includes roles at NetScreen Technologies, OneSecure Inc., ADANET, Gilad System Integration, and IDF/Mamram.

Ronit Polak obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from the Academic Collage of Tel-Aviv, completing the program from 1996 to 1999.
