Stephen Ralston is a seasoned professional in customer success and security services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Exabeam since July 2021. Previously, Stephen held roles at Secureworks as Security Program Executive, focusing on client relationship management and security posture improvements, and at DXC Technology as SOC Lead, responsible for service delivery and client acceptance in multiple regions. Additionally, Stephen managed the Security Operations Center at HP Enterprise Security Services for nearly two decades. Stephen earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Statistics and Computing from Liverpool John Moores University.
