Darius Šaulinskas

Darius Šaulinskas has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Darius started their career in 2004 as a Broadcast Engineer at Lietuvos Ryto TV and later joined UAB "Meganora" as an IS Administrator. In 2011, they worked as a UNIX Security Engineer at Barclays before taking on roles such as Lead Build Engineer and Implementation Engineer. From 2012 to 2018, Darius worked at Barclays, holding positions including Cloud and Virtualization Service Manager and L3 Support. Darius then joined Ruptela as an IT Infrastructure Architect and Cloud Platform Manager. In 2019, they worked as a System Engineer at Tesonet, and from 2020 to present, they have been employed at Exacaster in roles such as System Engineer, Big Data Infrastructure Developer, and currently as a Solutions Architect.

Darius Šaulinskas obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Darius also earned a Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering degree from the same institution during the same period. In terms of certifications, Darius obtained the MSCP certification from Microsoft in December 2014, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF) from EXIN in December 2012, the Cloudera Certified Associate Administrator (CCA) certification from Cloudera in May 2021, the Red Hat Certificate of Expertise in Server Hardening from Red Hat in May 2016, the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification from Red Hat in April 2016, the Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification from Red Hat in June 2012, and the Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack certification from Red Hat in March 2015.
