Kristin Thomas

Kristin Thomas has a diverse work experience starting from 2002, when they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Eckerd. Kristin then joined Target in 2004 as a Lead Pharmacy Technician. In 2008, they transitioned to PDX, Inc. and held multiple roles including Retail Pharmacy QA Analyst, Design Analyst, Account Manager, Product Owner, and Program Manager for Kaiser Permanente. In 2020, they joined Change Healthcare as a Program Manager, and later took on the role of Program Manager for Kaiser Permanente. Currently, they are working at ExactCare as a Sr. Director of Business Enablement. Starting in 2024, they will be promoted to VP of IT Operations.

Kristin Thomas obtained an Associates of Business degree from Tarrant County College from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Rockwall High School from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Certified Pharmacy Technician obtained in 2004 and various leadership and workplace well-being certifications from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022. Kristin also has a certification in SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
