Jill Nilson

Jill Nilson, SAP CAA, CETO, CETOR, is a co-founder of Exact Change Strategies and is certified Gold Level ETO™ Site Administrator and Results Administrator with lengthy experience with ETO, Apricot™ and Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions) data collection and analysis. She holds an SAP Applications Associate for Web Intelligence Reports 4.0 certification and has extensive experience in Results (Business Objects Web Intelligence) report writing. She is a certified Bonterra Professional Implementation Partner and served for more than five years as a member of the original Bonterra National Advisory Board, providing high level user feedback and input to assist in the planning, development and deployment of ETO™ software.
