Wilco Kraaij

Wilco Kraaij has extensive work experience in various roles within the software and accounting industry. Wilco is currently serving as the Product Line Director for Accountancy at Exact, where they manage a team of product owners, commercial product managers, and solution marketeers. Previously, they worked as the Co-Owner of Nayuku Cage Fishing and as the Product Innovation Manager for Accountancy Gemak & Software Gemak. Wilco also served as the Head of Product Strategy and Innovation at Minox Software and as the COO of Bizcuit Payments. Earlier in their career, they worked at Unit4 in multiple roles, including Managing Director, Manager of Product Management & Strategy, and Product Manager. Wilco also has prior experience as a teacher and internationalization coordinator at CLV and as a teacher at Studiebegeleiding Ede. Wilco began their career as an Assistant Accountant at Den Houting Accountants - Schut Accountants.

Wilco Kraaij has a strong education background. Wilco holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Amsterdam (2005-2006) and another Master's Degree in Management, Economics, and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University & Research (2002-2005). Additionally, they have completed various certification programs including Certified Portfolio Manager (MoP Practitioner) from Ruysdael (2015), Practitioner in Prince2 project management from Ruysdael (2011-2012), a Leadership program from De Beukelaar Groep (2012-2013), and People Management from Horizon Training (2013).
