Heather Gressick

Heather (Miller) Gressick is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Director at Exact Sciences since February 2014. In this role, Heather is involved in the design and implementation of a new Contact Center, focusing on the creation of essential documents and policies. Prior to this, Heather held several positions at Exact Sciences, including Assoc. Director of Training and Development and Training Manager. Heather's prior experience includes working as a Community Relations Staff Partner for the American Cancer Society, where event planning and volunteer coordination for Relay For Life events were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Heather worked as a Program Center Manager at RuffaloCODY, managing staffing and fundraising efforts for non-profits. Heather began their career at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where roles included Telefund Student Supervisor and Telefund Fundraiser. Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
