Nicole Thomas

Nicole Thomas, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT solutions, project management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director of Enterprise Platforms at Exact Sciences since February 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Director of Global HR Operations and Systems at Sitecore, where responsibilities included overseeing a global HR data system rebuild and managing a successful internship program. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Kaiser Permanente encompassed roles such as Senior IT Solutions Consultant and Wireless Product Manager, focusing on enhancing user experiences and deploying efficient service frameworks. Additional experience includes founding Thomas Appraisal Services, managing technical teams at Charles Schwab, and various engineering and project management positions within notable organizations. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay.
