Norm Marin

Norm Marin has extensive experience in staffing and business development, currently serving as Regional Manager and previously as Business Development Manager at Exact Staff since July 2011, where a focus on growth strategies and customer satisfaction has led to exceeding client expectations. Previously, from October 1999 to June 2011, Norm held the position of Area Vice President at Valley Staffing Services, conducting quarterly meetings with Branch Managers and collaborating on sales objectives. Norm also served as Branch Manager, responsible for maintaining and servicing a client base while achieving designated sales targets. Norm completed education at Delano High School.
