Sophie DERET

Sophie DERET has worked in a variety of positions in the health and research industries since 1998. Sophie began their career as a Research Engineer at Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades in 1998. Sophie then worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Gentech from 2000 to 2002, followed by a position as Head of Bioinformatics at Galderma from 2002 to 2005. Sophie was then promoted to Head of Bioinformatics and Genomics at Galderma from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, they joined Nestlè Skin Health as a Project Leader, where they were responsible for the strategic and logistical organization of the project activities in the Research department - Prescription Business Unit. Sophie contributed to the implementation of the R&D new model and coordinated the activities for the successful delivery of 4 projects in the portfolio. In 2018, they were promoted to Scientific Research Program Leader at Nestlè Skin Health. Finally, in 2019, they joined ExactCure as Project Director - eHealth.

Sophie DERET completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Université de Poitiers, their DESS (Master 2) in Informatique appliquée aux Sciences de la Vie at Université Paris Cité, and their Maîtrise (Master 1) in Biochimie option Biophysique at Université d'Orléans.
