Brent Swanson

Brent Swanson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Exacto, Inc. since April 2016, after progressing through various HR roles including Human Resources Manager, Generalist, and Environmental Health and Safety Specialist. Prior to joining Exacto, Inc., Brent held multiple positions at QPS Employment Group from February 2003 to September 2015, including Professional Recruiter - Team Lead, Manager of Professional and Technical Recruiting, and Branch Manager, among others. Brent earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Illinois State University in 2002 and is currently engaged in the NIU SHRM Prep Course.
