Jian Carlo Rogan

Jian Carlo Rogan is a skilled electrical engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as a Commercial Solar Electrical Reviewer and Designer at Exactus Energy since December 2021, Jian Carlo prepares Interconnection, IFP, and IFC packages for commercial-scale photovoltaic projects while generating complex PVSyst reports. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Engineer at One Renewable Energy Enterprise, Inc., where Jian Carlo established client relationships, prepared EPC contracts, and assisted in project management. Additionally, Jian Carlo worked as a PV Engineer, designing and simulating various solar projects using advanced design tools. Jian Carlo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned in 2018.
