P. Eng Dustin Willett

Dustin Willett, P. Eng has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dustin started their career as an Engineering Department Summer Student at Boart Longyear in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Summer Student at Imperial Oil. Following that, they joined Magna Seating as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Qualtech Seating Systems in 2014 and 2015. Dustin then transitioned to Exactus Energy in 2016, where they have held multiple roles. Dustin started as a Solar Project Engineer in Training and later became the Engineering and Design Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to VP of Operations and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer since June 2022 at Exactus Energy.

Dustin Willett, P. Eng has a diverse educational background in engineering. Dustin began their education by completing an Ontario College Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technician at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2009 to 2011. Dustin then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering Science (B.E.Sc) with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering at Western University from 2011 to 2015. Continuing their academic journey, they obtained a Master's Degree in MEng - Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2016.

Furthermore, Dustin has an additional certification as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) from Professional Engineers Ontario. The exact date of when they obtained this certification is not provided.
