Elena Krukovskaya

Elena Krukovskaya serves as Chief Operations Officer at Exadel. She is responsible for Exadel’s global operations (including recruiting and IT), translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth while aggressively managing costs and expenses according to budget. She also establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, helps to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning, and ensures that the company maintains a high level of social responsibility wherever it does business.

Krukovskaya joined Exadel in 2007 as an HR Manager and worked her way up the ranks, expanding and eventually leading her division. Working globally, she focuses on maintaining a coherent company culture of openness, positivity, and professionalism across various countries, regions, and offices.

Krukovskaya holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. When she’s not focusing on the Exadel team, she prefers quiet pursuits like vacationing in Italy, cultivating flowers, and making jewelry.
