Graham Woods

Graham Woods has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Graham started their career at Transformation Software as a Pre-Sales Engineer, supporting various products and assisting with sales and technical training. Graham then became a Business Development Manager, managing resellers, presenting to end users, and handling product management.

Graham later joined Auspex, where they served as a Northern Europe Pre-Sales Systems Engineer. Graham provided technical sales support, analyzed customer needs and goals, and ensured customer satisfaction. Graham was then promoted to the role of Northern Europe Lead Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, before moving on to BakBone Software.

At BakBone, Graham worked as a Northern Europe Technical Account Manager, offering pre-sales support to end users and channel partners. Graham also coordinated professional services, created end user certification training, and ensured partners were trained on BakBone's product range.

Graham's most recent role was at ExaGrid Systems, where they initially served as an EMEA Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, focusing on the UK market and later expanding to Benelux and the Nordic markets. Graham then became the Director of Systems Engineers, International, recruiting and training systems engineers in other geographies. Finally, they became the Vice President of Systems Engineers, International, overseeing a team of over 20 systems engineers and managing product direction, training programs, and other responsibilities.

Graham Woods has a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Liverpool.
