Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in blockchain and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Roon supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Roon has focused on enhancing the software development landscape. Roon previously held roles such as Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, contributing to self-sovereign finance solutions. Roon’s expertise extends to innovation leadership at Energy Web and technical oversight at Share&Charge. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional education from prestigious institutions, Roon combines strong technical skills with strategic vision in the evolving tech landscape.
