Sangeeta Mirji

Sangeeta Mirji has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sangeeta is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Examity, where they lead the Engineering team in building a customer-centric and scalable SaaS solution. Sangeeta focuses on adopting modern cloud services and tools, implementing agile transformation, and driving self-organized, high-performing teams. Sangeeta has successfully delivered engineering and technology strategies that directly impact business goals, customer satisfaction, and cost savings metrics.

Prior to Examity, Sangeeta worked as the Director of Engineering at Examity. During their tenure, they not only built and grew a high-performing team across multiple countries but also played a crucial role in establishing efficient technology processes and tools to enable quick time-to-market for product features. Sangeeta also implemented initiatives to improve team motivation and reduce attrition.

Before their time at Examity, Sangeeta worked at Veracode as a Senior Manager of Engineering and CloudOps. Sangeeta was responsible for driving technology roadmap execution and managing multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery of business goals.

Sangeeta also gained experience at Staples Inc, where they served as a Senior Engineering Manager for Ecommerce price/promotion. Sangeeta later transitioned into the role of Engineering Manager, handling Pricing/Promotions, Cart and Check Out, and Global Site speed. Prior to joining Staples, Sangeeta worked at HP/Autonomy/Iron Mountain Digital as a Lead Engineer and at Wipro Technologies as a Software Engineer.

Sangeeta'searly career began at Safran as a Software Engineer. Throughout their various roles, Sangeeta has consistently demonstrated expertise in technology management, team leadership, and driving business success through innovation and efficient engineering practices.

Sangeeta Mirji completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University from 1997 to 2001. Sangeeta has also obtained several certifications in AWS solutions, data warehousing fundamentals, and generative AI from Coursera.
