Marko Jankovic has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles. Marko is currently working as a Senior Manager Human Resources Operations at ExamRoom.AI, where they led the startup of the company in Serbia and built a team of 60 people. Marko designed and implemented an HR strategy that promoted teamwork and collaboration, including recruitment processes, performance management systems, and Agile methodology. Prior to this, Marko worked as a Human Resources Project Consultant at DRIPP ($DRP) and as a Human Resources Consultant and HR Manager at ECD, where they introduced HR agility and the OKR process for performance measurement. Marko also has experience as a Human Resources Project Consultant and trainer at DEVersity, where they created leadership and skills development solutions. Marko has worked as a Project HR Manager at Evennon Incorporated, where they managed recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, financial management, and facility optimization. Marko's early career experience includes working as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and teaching specialist at Smart Lead, where they handled various HR functions and assisted with the startup and management of HR operations.

Marko Jankovic's education history begins in 2003 when they attended the University of Belgrade and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering. Marko completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. In 2009, Marko enrolled in the Gestalt Psychology Institute but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study from the institution. Marko furthered their education in 2014 by attending the Business Economics Academy, where they earned a Master's degree in Economics in the field of Management, with a focus on Human Resources Development, completing their studies in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Marko obtained several qualifications. In 2016, they achieved the NLP Practitioner certification from SINHRONIA, followed by the NLP Master certification from NLP Limited in 2018. In 2023, Marko acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to Agility in HR, including the Agility in HR certification from ICAgile, the Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) certification from Management 3.0, and the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agility in HR certification from ICAgile. Marko also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam and Psychological Safety from Management 3.0, both obtained in 2023.

Looking forward, Marko plans to pursue the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from 2023 to 2025. Marko also has an interest in the field of crisis management and negotiation, although there is no specific information regarding their education or certification in this area.
