Martin Sklenar

Martin Sklenar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Martin started their career in 1996 as a Relationship Manager in corporate banking at Zivnostenska banka, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at Citi. Following that, they joined AIG as a Senior Executive Manager from 2002 to 2006. Martin then worked at HSBC, initially as the Head of Sales from 2006 to 2008, and later as the Head of Sales and Distribution for Personal Financial Services from 2008 to 2011. Sklenar then moved to Ceska sporitelna, where they were the Director of ERSTE Premier Centre from 2012 to 2018. Martin then transitioned to Saxo Bank, working as a Senior Relationship Manager from 2019 to early 2021. Currently, Sklenar holds two positions at EXANTE, serving as the Senior Relationship Manager for Central & Eastern Europe since November 2020, and as the Head of Regional Sales for the CEE region since February 2021.

Martin Sklenar holds an MBA in Management from The Open University. Martin also participated in the SSE Riga Executive Education program, "Leadership Management Booster," in June 2021. In addition, they attended the High School of Technic Construction from 1988 to 1992, with a focus on Water Management. Martin's educational background also includes enrollment at Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, although the field of study and degree are unspecified.
