Javier Carro

Javier Carro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, maintenance, and project management. Currently serving as COO and Business Analyst at Blue People since April 2017, Javier also holds the position of Secretary at Exatec Houston. Previous roles include Automation Specialist and Planned & Preventive Maintenance Coordinator at Metalsa, along with Project Manager and Cost Engineer at PMP Grupo, where responsibilities included project cost control and ERP implementation. Javier began a career as a Software Analyst at Block Networks, providing ERP consultancy, and also contributed to the design of a clean cookstove for rural communities during a project with ITESM and TERNIUM. An early career included team leadership at Sutherland Global Services. Javier holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
