Michal Szczesny

Michal Szczesny has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Michal started their career in 1998 as an IT Specialist/System Administrator at Torun City Hospital. In 1999, they moved to the University Network Technology Centre - Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, where they worked as a System Administrator.

In 1999, Szczesny joined Super Media as a Network Administrator and later became a Network Engineer. Michal was eventually promoted to Principal Network Engineer - Head of Network Planning. After leaving Super Media in 2004, they joined Polkomtel and took on different positions, including Fixed Network Planning Specialist, VAS Development Specialist, Head of Technology Strategy, Head of Service Solutions Architecture, and finally, Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Since 2013, Szczesny has been working at Exatel as the Head of Architecture and Network Planning. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's architecture and network planning strategies.

Michal Szczesny has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Michal also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University. No specific dates for their education were provided.
