Gopinath Bailur

Gopinath Bailur serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Exato.ai since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership from prior roles, including Vice President of Engineering at Servion Global Solutions from January 2003 to July 2022, where oversight of the Product Engineering Division focused on customer interaction management. Gopinath also held the position of Practice Head in Customer Interaction Management at eComServer Inc from 1999 to 2003 and has experience as a Project Lead. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BE in Electronics and Communication from SDM College of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Gopinath has pursued law at LLB College, SAGAR, completing a PUC in the PCMB stream.
